8. Tour / Overnight Stay Guidelines
It’s that time of year again when most age groups are looking at tours and overnight stays. Please find attached the latest RFU tour policy guidance booklet, and below, a link to the website which contains all relevant tour resources and forms:

ALL tours and overnight stays need to have the relevant paperwork in place, which will be held by the club upon finalisation of the tour, and this website gives full information relating to:
- Volunteers and supervision
- DBS requirements
- Adult – Child rations (ideally 1-8)

- Accommodation
- Insurance
- Tours Abroad
