Our first game of the tour was against the mighty Kirby Lonsdale RFC who made us more than welcome and had organised us an extra fixture against the local Queen Elizabeth School.The following day we headed to North Ribbersdale RFC for some excellent hospitality.
The Burton tourists produced excellent rugby throughout the weekend to show the Cumbrian’s the quality of rugby played in Staffordshire!
All players, parents and Coaches represented their club in an exemplary manner. A great time was had by all and everyone entered into the spirit of the tour. Everything was helped along by the sun shining throughout each day! Many thanks to everyone for making it such a memorable and enjoyable event.
