We want the day to run as smoothly as possible and we are looking for volunteers. There are plenty of jobs to be done, but some of the roles are as follows:
Car Parking – we don’t charge, but there we will need to make sure parking spaces are properly used.
Meet and Greet – to direct people to bars, food serveries, toilets etc.
Raffle Sellers – Selling raffle tickets to people as they arrive and during the event.
Stewarding – to prevent glasses being taken outside, retrieving our reusable glasses and to keep areas flowing and walkways clear.
Bar Servers – our outside bar team will need support either pouring pints or serving guests.
Waste management – there will be bins to manage and inevitably waste which hasn’t made it to a bin to pick-up.

These aren’t the most glamorous roles, but they are vital to make sure the event is a success.
