As we approach the end of the season you reminded that any fully paid up Member shall have the right to make nominations, with the written consent of a candidate, for election to any one or more of the offices within the Club, including Committee Members. Such nominations must be sent in writing so as to reach the Honorary Secretary by 31st May. The Committee shall also have the right to make nominations for the election of Officers. The Committee also have the right to make nominations for the election of Committee Members without restriction on the number of nominations.
Proposals for additions or alterations to the Rules or any other motion submitted to an Annual General Meeting shall be subject to the following provisions:
Any proposal shall be submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary by 31st May duly proposed by one fully paid up Member and seconded by another fully paid up Member.
The date for the Annual General Meeting is be confirmed. Formal notification, with the minimum of one weeks’ notice, as required by the Rules will be provided.
