On Sunday, we were honoured to host the Community Rugby Trophy Tour, which brought the Women’s Rugby World Cup trophy right here to Burton Rugby Club.

Alongside the trophy visit, we ran a full day of fixtures across our girls’ pathway - from our first ever U10 Girls pitch-up-and-play, U12, U14 & U16 matches, to an incredible Inner Warrior session for U18 Girls - all on the same day.

The energy around the club was unbelievable!

A massive thank you to our volunteers, coaches, managers, first aiders, parents, and players who made this special day possible - your hard work, passion, and commitment creates such a brilliant environment for girls to play rugby.
