Harold's wish was to take those last few steps with people he knew. So therefore his son, Andi asks for those who wish, to join him in pushing his Father on a bier into the service. The bier is the name for the trolley used by the undertakers.

You will need to be at Bretby for 11.45am, please make yourself know to the representatives from Woodville Co-operative when you arrive.

For those who can't make the day, the service will be streamed live and it will be available for 28 days thereafter.

A celebration of Harold's life will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday 29th June in the Carnarvon Chapel, Bretby Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations can be made in memory of Harold for Burton Rugby Club. These may be placed in the collection box at the service or by visiting our JustGiving page. Black need not be worn.
