The service will be held at the Lichfield Crematorium, which is a small facility, and, as expected, the family & close friends have already filled the seating, with additional people standing. 

Therefore, all Burton RFC members who wish to attend, along with people from John Taylor School and other friends, will be going to Burton Rugby Club for the service and celebration of Gary's life. 

The club will be open from 11:00 am with tea, coffee, and Danish pastries available.

The Funeral Cortege will leave from Gary and Lucy’s house at approximately 11:15 am and pass the entrance to the Rugby Club at 11:20. Martyn and Chris invite people to pay their respects as the Cortege passes, and are welcome to watch the service, which will be live-streamed from 11:30 am in the 1870 Bar. 

The Burton Flag will be lowered to half-mast as a sign of respect.

The Main bar will open at 13:00 pm after the service is finished. The buffet, which has a selection of hot and cold food, will be served from 14:00 pm 14:15 pm.
