Cup round 1 - Willenhall U13s vs Burton

On a chilly December morning, Burton headed to Willenhall for round 1 of the cup.

Liam's great run to score, after a skillful pop out from Sam, set the tone for the day, with Alex M getting the conversion. Great forward pressure and passing down the line then took Ed over the line. Flowing rugby and a determined scrum saw Theo score and great play by Jake, assisted Sam to score a second. Burton kept the pressure on with the forwards doing a great job in the scrum leading to an Alex M score following darting running by Sam. Half time score, Burton 40-0 ahead.

The second half continued in a similar vein, with strong play by both the forwards and backs. Alex scored again followed by Dan and Kern, with Frankie also running in from the half way line. Sam secured the last points of the day to take the final score to Willenhall 0 - Burton 77.
